		<description>Thanks for your input Antony. No matter how the action is justified in the short term, it seems there will be many more negatives than positives over the long term for both the client and the agency.</description>

Often the client will lose out sooner than they think - a team that is working for low or zero margin within a wider business is not going be sustainable. 

They won't be able to afford to keep or attract good talent. They won't have the resources or the status they need to get the job done, if they are a loss leader or a freebie provider - not for long anyway.
