Two Handy Social Media Sites

May 1st, 2008 by Bill Hunt

Here’s a couple of useful content publishing / sharing sites, that could come in handy for both work and play.

The first is Spongefish, a content publishing tool that allows you to create a profile, and upload a whole range of content including PowerPoint presentations, audio, video, and even flash files, excel charts and pdfs. You can then share your content with friends, colleagues or the wider Spongefish community.

The second is Thinkature, which provides some handy tools for real time collaboration. The interface includes a ‘white board’ where you can write, add images or draw. It also has both a text and audio chat facility, so you can talk your friends through elements you add to your workspace in real time.

"I've worked with the Liberate Media team for a number of years, and have always been impressed with the knowledge and creative edge that they've brought to the iBAHN campaign.

“They have developed a deep understanding of our business and objectives, and consider our communications challenges with sound and well-informed reasoning.

“Most recently Liberate has encouraged us to embrace social media as part of our campaign, and have helped to demystify the radically different approach required to communicate in this environment.”

Graeme Powell, managing director EMEA, iBAHN
