1. eType is a fantastic free spell checker that helps you spell as you type. As you type the spell checker pops up with a handy visual box to correct your content.
2. Launchlist is a handy tool that runs through a whole check list of items that are essential for creating a well-rounded website, you can check them off as you go.
3. Historypin is essentially a Google map that you can update with historical images of buildings, roads, basically anything that has changed over the years.
4. Feedingo is a clean, easy and fun Feed reader that saves you time by publishing your online content in one place. You can also import OPML files.
5. Pluggio calls itself a helpful Twitter app and with its multitude of features you can see why. Check out the large amount of feature videos here.

1. Bi.bg is a link shortener which can be added to your tool bar for future ease of shorting any URL.
2. The bookmarklet combiner allows you to add a number of bookmarklets of the same type into a folder to add to your browser. Nice little space saver!
3. Kadaza lists many popular websites in a visual format, covering hundreds of topics like news, careers, and social networking.
4. Endor.se - allows you to reach out to your network for work help or to find a contact with a specific skill.
5. TwitVance is a great Twitter tool with Bit.ly integration that lets you schedule unlimited tweets. You’re able to edit and delete tweets, add multiple twitter accounts as well as connect your Bit.ly account to track your clicks.

1. Nurph is an instant chat site for you website/blog . Just add the code and when people visit your site they can speak with others that are already viewing your site.
2. The Twitter list Explorer, visualises the Twitter list. It shows the most active Twitter users on the list, as well as the direct conversations among them
3. Visited is a site that allows you to search for video based on your mood. Carry out a search using “funny”, “amusing” or “cool” as the keyword and be presented with the corresponding media straight away.
4. Privacy defender resets your Facebook privacy settings so that you have maximum control of your personal information:
- 1. Visit the PrivacyDefender Facebook page
- 2. Drag the grey button to your browser bookmarks bar
- 3. Click on the PrivacyDefender link to evaluate your current privacy settings
- 4. Choose what level of privacy you would prefer, and it will update your privacy settings
5. Twextra allows you to create a message that is more than 140 characters and then post it to Twitter. See the “How to” video here

1. Create your own iPhone or Android app for $25.00 - you have got be kidding right? That’s what iSites offers: “Create an iPhone app almost instantly! We take care of the app store submission in less than 24 hours”.
2. NutShell Mail has an interesting free Email Newsletter application for Facebook that enables your fans to keep track of new activity on your page.
3. Buzzom has a nice Twitter tool that give you a person’s Twitter score based on different criteria. These include influence, RT ratio, Tweet efficiency, RT rank and Following rank.
4. Vidinotes is a nice solution for getting video ‘How To’s’ down on paper. Simply upload your Flash video, capture a slide and add the notes to go with it. Finally download the PDF with the screenshot and accompanying note or print.
5. Twitcaps allows you to view real time images in Twitter as they are Tweeted. It also allows you to search for an image via keywords, locations or # then capture the image if you like it.

1. HeadWay is a WordPress plug-in that enables users with no coding knowledge to create a bespoke WordPress theme via an easy drag and drop process. There is a small fee to pay for the plug-in. Highly recommended.
2. T Lists is a very visual way of searching for Twitter lists. Just add your keyword to the search bar, wait for the results and finally follow or apply to the selected lists.
3. Twendly is a great way to find and connect with people on Twitter. Results are ranked in terms of relevancy to your given search term and the user’s level of activity over a 12-month period. Highly recommended.
4. If you like playing around with images but aren’t sure how to get some of the snazzy effects you see everywhere, Rollip might just be able to help. Upload your photo and select one of the 40 effects and add it to your image, simple.
5. TweetsQue, as the name suggests, lets you add Tweets and set time intervals for them to be Tweeted out.
