Here is this weeks top tools and sites round up.
1. Screen Jelly. Screenjelly records your screen activity with your voice so you can spread it as a video via Twitter or email. Use it to quickly share cool apps or software tips, report a bug, or just show stuff you like.
2. Kampyle is a feedback form for Websites is a powerful on-demand solution to collect, analyze and manage your website visitors’ feedback.
3. Chirbit is a free online tool for audio sharing, users to record, upload, listen to and share sound bites easily. You can also use iPhone Voice Memos to post to chirbit.
4. Folowen It is a social profile search engine that aggregates the social media profiles of a person from 20 different social sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc and presents the results on one single page
5. View like us Lets you quickly test website in different resolutions. You simply need to enter website URL into provided field and click on the “Submit” button. Once the page loads, you can click different resolution tabs to view how the site looks.

Hi all, here is the first five fabulous web tools of the week in July. Where has the first half of the year gone?
1. Talon is a very easy to use screen capture tool. You can add the bookmarklet to your toolbar, and when you are on a page that you need a screen grab from, just click the bookmarklet and your page is saved to either your clipboard, desktop or online.
2.Twitter Follower Another easy to use tool that helps you follow people on Twitter by keyword. Add your account details and keyword and then Twitter Follower will find and follow users that have the keyword in their description.
3. DIY Chart allows you to create interactive charts and graphs from static or dynamic data. Read more about the features and benefits here
4. CoTweet is currently in private beta so I haven’t actually tried it, but by looking at the list of clients they have using the software it looks quite impressive. In a nutshell CoTweet is a platform that helps companies reach and engage customers using Twitter.
5. Wikirage Wikirage tracks the pages in Wikipedia which are receiving the most edits over various periods of time. Useful for trending information.

It’s Friday again, so here are my favourite web 2.0 tools and sites of the week.
1. My.alltop Alltop has been around for quite some time now, but the introduction of MyAlltop enables you to create a “personal, online magazine rack” of your favorite websites and blogs. You can create a collection from over 32,000 information source. They also provide a custom URL so that you can share your masterpiece with others.
2. imsdb Stands for the Internet Script movie data base. Most films seem to be on here, so pick your film and rehearse your quotes!
3. Pictaculous. This great tool allows you to upload an image and then gives you a suggested colour pallet based on the uploaded image.
4. Tiny petition. This very simple to use Twitter tool allows you the create and start petitions. Great if you want to get visibility on an issue quickly.
5. Visitor contact. Create slick contact forms for your site . The customisable sticky contact button will match the theme of your website to become a part of it. Your visitors are now a single click away from you. The form allows visitors to contact you with a single click via Twitter, maps, skype, and more.

Hello all
Your regular ‘Five on Friday’ host isn’t here today, so I’ll be your captain for the week, steering a path through the sea of web 2.0 tools.
To kick us off, we have a recommendation from a reader:
1. Twiogle - It’s a great search engine that indexes Google and Twitter, easy to use, simple and it also has nice video, book, blog, and image functionality. Top job!
2. Yasni - In at number two, and another recommendation from our loyal readers, Yasni is a people-based search engine, with more than 10 million visitors worldwide each month. Imagine Google meets Friends Reunited.
3. Tweepler - We’re going back to Twitter for number 3, and specifically organising your Twitter feed. Tweepler is a processing tool that allows you to classify your new Twitter followers in one of two ‘buckets’. ‘Follow’, meaning you wish to follow them back and ‘Ignore’ meaning you don’t want to follow them and can archive them out of the way, reducing Twitter noise.
4. FileTwt - This is a useful application allowing Twitter users to upload a file and tweet about it automatically. It also allows users to send file links as direct messages for sharing private files.
5. Trackle - Finally, with all of our web profiles and accounts, we need a tool to keep track, and this is it. Trackle tracks all of your personalised information on the web and then indexes it by category. The service is built using algorithms that provide a layer of intelligence meaning timely results with notification via web, email or SMS.

Here is this week’s bundle of 5 top web 2.0 tools and sites of the week.
1. Scoopler is a real-time search engine taking feeds from Twitter, Flickr, Digg, Delicious and more. The most relevant and timely results are found at the top of the page.
2. Spezify is a very visual search engine, all the results are laid out like a mood board. I really liked the way this was set out all though the page was quite slow to scroll, it’s still in early beta.
3. OpenZine lets you create your very own free web magazine with text, pictures & video, in reality you create a blog that groups your posts with a magazine style cover. One of the best features about OpenZine is the create a cover process.
4. Flackr aggregates all the latest breaking news from a number of different sources on Twitter into a neat dashboard. If you are interested in one particular story you can click on that story and then view additional updates linked to that piece.
5. Clixpy is a usability tool that tracks how people interact with your site. Try the Clixpy demo to get an idea of how it works, this tool could be great for webmasters to optimise their website landing pages.

Here is this week’s installment of my top web 2.0 tools and sites of the week.
1. TechNews.AM is first up today. As the name suggests TechNews.AM is all about technology news, it has a broad range of categories to view, from jobs to start ups. You can either select the latest stories to read or the most viewed. A great way to catch up on the latest tech news.
2. Omgili has been around for a while now but one feature inside Omgili is pretty neat. Omgili buzz charts lets you measure and compare the Buzz of any term. The Buzz is defined as the percentage of the term out of the total number of discussions Omgili covered on a specific date. You can also embed the Buzz Graph inside any web-page and monitor the buzz on a daily basis.
3. Tweetbio gives you a simple extended bio that gives your followers, potential followers, and the people you’re following a better sense of who you are. Quickly link to all your other sites, blogs, and Twitter Networks from your Tweetbio.
4. wikiAlarm is the first monitoring service to send email alerts when selected articles are edited on Wikipedia. It is easy to use and lets you track unlimited pages, monitor your products & brand names as well as competitors.
5. Finally, we have the LinkedIn Companion. This Firefox add-on allows you to open doors and opportunities for networking and the facilitation of finding projects through LinkedIn’s connection to over 25 million experienced business professionals.

Hi all, here are my five favorite web 2.0 tools and sites of the week.
1. First off today we have a Google product - Google News Time Line. The timeline organises search results chronologically. It allows users to view news and other data sources in a browsable, graphical timeline.
2. URL Zoom is a service that allows you to shorten long URLs and also create trackable tiny URLs. Another nice feature is that you can also see the referring site and the date and time that the URL was clicked.
3. PDF to GIF is a great little paid for service that, as the name suggests, converts your PDFs to animated GIFS. The package prices are all very resonable and dependent on the size and amount of pages you need converting.
4. Reshade offers you a way to create high-quality resized images online or offline maintaining image quality (edge and texture). This is great for creating avatars.
5. tmeet is a tweet to meet. You can send a tmeet about your location to tell your friends where you are. The site is based around Google maps and there is also an iPhone app available.

The end of the working week in near, so as always I present my five fabulous web 2.0 tools and sites of the week.
1. First off is News Trendz which gives you the low down on the latest, most talked about issues, people, events and news on the web by searching through Google and Twitter. The current top trend is 1. Susan Boyle
2. Analytics App for the iPhone provides you with Google Analytics for any account you administer. The app is very well laid out and gives you all the information you see in the web-based version. A great app!
3. Last week we featured NameChk which checks if profile names have been taken or not across social networks, news and bookmarking sites. KnowEm? does the same thing, but is slightly more visual and checks a few more accounts.
4. Social Media Metrics Plugin for Google Anayltics - this automatically pulls in social media metrics into Google Analytics’ Content Detail reports. To run it you need Firefox, and the Greasemonkey script. Check out the link to find out how to set it up.
5. Finally a little bit of fun. Cameroid lets you take crazy snaps of yourself right from your browser via a webcam. There are loads of different effects and filters to choose from to make your photo stand out.

Hi all, after a two week absence I’m back with five fabulous web 2.0 tools and sites of the week.
1. Top Twitter friends helps you to visualise the people that you talk to most often, and what your Twitter social network looks like.
2. Chat Chatcher is a WordPress plugin that monitors comments for your blog posts. These are then posted on your blog.
3. Who is ranking is a quick and dirty way to see which sites rank highest for certain keywords in searches at Google, MSN, and Yahoo.
4. The ReTweet button is today’s second WordPress plugin. The Retweet button is for website and blog publishers that want to encourage their audience to retweet their content on Twitter.
5. NameChk as the name suggests, checks names. It checks usernames that are still available at dozens of popular Social Networking and Social Bookmarking websites.

Here is this week’s round-up of my favourite web 2.0 tools and websites.
1. The first site today is called Wiki Rank. Wiki Rank gives you the heads up on what people are looking at on Wikipedia. On viewing the homepage you get the latest trend information and most popular pages read over the last 30 days. You can also do a simple search to find out how many times a particular page has been read. This site has a great look and feel to it also.
2. Skimmer is an Adobe Air application that lifestreams your social media activity from sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr and Blogger. This desktop app has a luxury feel about it, and is recommend if you use Flickr a lot of the time.
3. Looking for a tool to suggest keywords for your website? Keywordle might just help. Simply enter your website URL and it will generate a list of relevant keywords. After the report is generated you can obtain the meta data code to use within your site, if you so wish.
4. Next up is a fun site for making storyboards. Story Top lets you create multi-page stories, drag and drop clip art to illustrate your story, add text in dialogue boxes, create storytelling clubs with your friends, and share your stories with others.
5. PDFVue is a PDF editing tool designed to annotate and mark-up PDFs for free. PDFVue allows you to upload any document from any computer. Once you’ve made your changes you can simply download the updated PDF or share the secure PDFVue link. It’s a very useful tool.
